There are two types of tests carried out  for COVID-19, one is to confirm if you currently have the virus (PCR) and one is to ask if you have made antibodies against the virus (serology).

Swab Tests RT-PCR can indicate that a patient currently has the Virus

Antibody Tests show how many people have had the disease, including those whose symptoms were minor or who were asymptomatic.

Remdesevir Trials

Current Trials for this drug Tx  are being reported as non effective
There is limitted evidence that it shortens recovery time for seriously hospitilised patients but it does not prevent the disease
