Reporting Of  Deaths

If it is accepted that COVID-19 emerged cira Nov - Dec 2019 it should be expected  that any  Country with a well developed Health System should have well rehearsed Disease Surveilance Systems which in the UK is one of the Principle roles of PHE - Public Health England.

Initial spikes in Mortality in the elderly  where seen subject to  ( GP's annotating Death Certificates as COVID-19 related deaths  given no effective testing regime it is likely many deaths have been under recorded and annotated as Pneumonia  )
